Biography

I received my PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University (FIU) in 2009. I completed my BS and MS in Computer Engineering at FIU in 2003 and 2006 respectively. I was a graduate assistant in the FIU DSP Lab from 2005 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, I was a NASA postdoctoral fellow. I joined the faculty of the Computer Engineering program at California State University, Fullerton in 2011.

Research

My research focuses on digital signal processing, image processing, digital filters, and embedded systems. Topics include binaural spatial audio using Head-Related Transfer Functions (HRTFs) and estimation of anthropometric measurements using image processing techniques.
